Vision Statement
The Vision of the Saint Michael Parish Community is to guide and encourage
all people to respond to God's universal call to holiness by living their lives according to the teachings of Jesus Christ.  "You shall be holy, for I am holy."  (1 Peter 1:15-16)

Mission Statement
St. Michael Roman Catholic Parish is a diverse community that is welcoming and family oriented.  Guided by the Holy Spirit, St. Michael Parish serves as a beacon of Christ's light and hope for those growing in faith and striving for holiness.  Aware of the societal challenges that can distract us from our baptismal call to live the Gospel message, we strive to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to follow the teachings of our faith; to know, love and serve God. 

We shall carry out this mission by:

~Placing God in the center of our lives
~Providing a welcoming, spirit-filled and life-giving community
~Furnishing a Eucharist Liturgy that offers prophetic preaching and inspiring music
~Drawing the faithful closer to God through the celebration of the sacraments
~Extending various forms of personal and communal prayers to all people
~Presenting the teachings of Jesus Christ through diverse catechetical programs for all ages
~Empowering Catholics to share our faith
~Striving to recognize God's love for us and God in all things
~Serving all God's people by responsibly meeting their physical and social needs
~Nurturing a deep respect for all human life
~Encouraging and praying for vocations to the priesthood, religious life and lay ministries
